Associate, Undergraduate and Graduate Programs Tuition Fees

The tuition fees listed above have been prepared in accordance with the details set out in the Presidential Decree: The Decree No. 8703 on Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Collected as Student Contributions to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions for the 2024-2025 Academic Year was published in the Official Gazette dated 02.07.2024 and numbered 32590.

The announced fees are annual. International students are required to pay half of the annual tuition fee at the beginning of each semester during registration or renewal.

Students who do not pay their tuition fees within the specified time frame and whose excuses are not accepted by the university administration will not be able to register for that semester and will lose their student rights.

Students participating in the Erasmus program, either coming from abroad or going abroad, are subject to the regulations of their home institutions regarding contribution fees and tuition fees.

International students who withdraw their registration after enrolling are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fees paid. 

No additional payments are required from international students at the time of registration or renewal apart from the tuition fees.
