Foreign Nationals with Prior Education in
Turkey:
Eligibility extends to foreign nationals
who were enrolled in secondary educational institutions in Turkey prior to the
2024-2025 academic year. Exclusions
apply to attendees of embassy schools, international private educational
institutions registered in the MOBIS system, and participants in projects
managed by the Ministry of National Education.
Former Turkish Citizens:
Turkish Citizens Educated Abroad:
Turkish citizens who completed their
entire secondary education outside Turkey are eligible, with the exception of
those educated in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Nationals of the TRNC:
TRNC nationals who reside in the TRNC and
completed their secondary education there are eligible if they possess GCE
A-Level results. Additionally, those who attended international schools between
2005 and 2010 and have or will obtain GCE A-Level results are also eligible.
Ineligibility for Applicants:
Turkish Citizens:
Individuals who completed all their
secondary education within Turkey or the TRNC are not eligible.
TRNC Citizens:
TRNC citizens are generally ineligible,
except for those meeting the specified criteria under the eligible applicants
section.
Dual Nationals by Birth with Turkish
Citizenship:
Ineligible unless specified under the
eligible criteria.
Dual Nationals with TRNC Nationality:
Ineligible unless specified under the
eligible criteria.
Recent Enrollees in Turkish Education
Institutions:
Turkish citizens, Blue Card holders, and
foreign nationals planning to enroll in Turkish secondary education
institutions from the 2024-2025 academic year onwards are generally ineligible,
with certain exceptions noted.
Online Orientation Fee and Payment Instructions:
A fee of USD 50 is required
for Online Orientation Training.
Payment from Abroad:Payments
can be made using a credit card obtained outside of Turkey.
Payment within Turkey:Payments
should be made directly to HALKBANK using the HALKBANK USD IBAN: TR70 0001 2009

Submission of Payment Documentation:
After completing the payment, it is
imperative that applicants share the payment document via WhatsApp at +90 (364)
219 1995. Additionally, the payment confirmation must be uploaded in the
application system as part of the submission process.
